heal, shift and transform the thoughts, beliefs, emotions and conditioned reactions to life that
are keeping your spirit in the background. They establish a solid and healthy foundation within
that allows a deepened and more primary soul connection and they teach you how to use that
energy to manage and respond to you life in a new way.

The soul heart is the Heart of Spirit�. Within each of us is the potential to fully awaken,
embody and express from this expanded heart space. Larger than the personal, physical
and emotional heart, this space can extend through the entire body infusing every cell and
every experience of your life with Higher love.

Unconditional love, compassion and harmlessness are some of the qualities of the soul
heart, however it extends beyond the limits of physical reality. It is the heart that connects all
hearts; the energy that lovingly embraces all life without exception and includes all people,
animals, spirit, nature and the earth. From the perspective of the soul heart, every part of
creation is honored and loved for the individual role it plays in the greater scheme of life.
